Ordering From Isis Rising:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:

At Isis Rising Gifts we are proud to offer a fast, hassle free delivery service, we try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Free UK delivery for orders in excess of £75.00

UK Orders under £75.00 £3.95

Western Europe £8.00 for 1st item plus £3. for each additional item up to 2 kgm. weight.

Rest of World including Eastern Europe £12.00 for 1st item plus £4. for each additional item up to 2 kgm. weight

If you require next day delivery please select the "Select Special Delivery Add on" in the "Everything Else" category for an additional £3.50

For large heavy items we reserve the right to amend shipping charges. If this is necessary we will of course contact you by email.

Payment:

We accept payment by BACS , Credit/Debit Card and PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Both these companies are well established market leaders in the online payment service sector and are committed to secure online systems. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s.

Packaging:

At Isis Rising, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. All items are thoroughly checked for defect or damage prior to dispatch, and are securely packed to avoid damage in transit. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Isis Rising for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Isis Rising reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Isis Rising Gifts reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended. For large, heavy items in excess of 2 kgms. weight, we reserve the right to amend shipping prices. Returns:

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase , should you wish to return any item we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is returned to us in as new, and resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.

When returning an item please pack carefully in the original packaging, obtain a proof of posting and return to us recorded deliuvery, insured for its full retail value as we are unable to accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please advise non receipt of items within 7 days of shipment (UK) 14
days (ROW).  If the item cannot be located within 14 business days
after shipment (UK) 30 days (ROW), a replacement item will be sent to
you.Proof of Posting is always obtained for items shipped. Items which do not arrive within 14 working days after date of posting, must be notified to us by a written statement, giving details of the item not received and the amount paid. Royal Mail investigates all such non-deliveries.

For any error in a listing. Sometimes due to computer glitches, there may be omissions in details for items for sale.  Lack of a price does not mean that the item is free of charge, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to check first when such omissions are noticed.
